He Is Mine Sermon Notes & Video

"He is mine."

Today, our pastor preached about a powerful phrase that we can find in our Bible: “He is mine.” These three simple words express a profound truth that can change our lives and give us hope and confidence in our walk with God. 

So, let’s dive into the 10 scripture references that I have prepared for you on this topic, based on how I understood the pastors message.

He Is Mine in His Promises: In Isaiah 43:1, God says, “Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.”

He is Mine in His Word: In Psalm 119:57, the psalmist declares, “Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.”

He is Mine in His Love: In Song of Solomon 6:3, the bride says of her beloved, “I am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine.”

He is Mine in His Provision: In Psalm 23:1, David says, “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.”

He is Mine in His Satisfaction: In Psalm 63:1, David says, “O God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee: my soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is.”

He is Mine in His Security: In Isaiah 41:10, God says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”

He is Mine in His Spirit: In 1 Corinthians 6:19, Paul writes, “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?”

He is Mine in His Power: In Philippians 4:13, Paul says, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

He is Mine in His Body: In 1 Corinthians 6:20, Paul writes, “For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

He is Mine in His Blood: In 1 Peter 1:18-19, Peter writes, “Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.”
